I love a gin martini this time of year, but occasionally a twist on the concept is in order.
3oz. white tequila,
1/2 oz. dry vermouth,
dash of Angostura bitters,
lemon twist.
Stir tequila, vermouth, and bitters in mixing glass with cracked ice. Strain into chilled martini glass with lemon twist.
